Troy Fairchild, Partner
Troy has over 20 years of experience in the information technology field. Troy served as the Information Technology Director for Orchid Orthopedics and oversaw the technical integration of a number of company acquisitions and managed the infrastructure of a multisite voice, video, and data network. Prior to joining Orchid, Troy served as Information Technology Director for Emergent BioSolutions (formerly BioPort Corporation). Troy was responsible for implementing a highly secure network environment and infrastructure to meet the security and regulatory requirements of both the Department of Defense and the Food and Drug Administration. Prior to joining BioPort, Troy served as Technology Director for Wyoming Public Schools where he successfully implemented a multi-million dollar technology bond which included the complete overhaul of the entire district technology infrastructure.
Mike Zamiara, Partner
Mike has over 25 years of operational healthcare experience. Mike served as the President/CEO of Orchid Orthopedic Solutions – a medical technology company with over 1,000 employees that serves the reconstructive orthopedic, spinal, trauma and dental segments of the medical device industry. Under Mike’s leadership, Orchid made seven acquisitions throughout the United States which increased revenue by over $75 million while improving overall profitability. Mike also led corporate efforts in securing debt financing in excess of $150 million. Prior to joining Orchid, Mike served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of BioPort Corporation, a company with over 400 employees that manufactured the world’s only FDA-licensed anthrax vaccine. Mike has extensive knowledge and experience with HIPAA security risk analysis and assessments. He has been working closely with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for many years and has been recently working with the Office for Civil Rights (the division of HHS that is responsible for enforcing HIPAA regulations).
Don has over 30 years' experience in the IT field. He has 24 years of technical experience with Pitney Bowes, serving as a regional service and support manager. Don has been selling Cisco Hardware since 1996. He has extensive experience with Cisco products including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi (internal/external), Cisco IP phone systems including Call Manager, CME and Cisco Network Storage.
Brenda has extensive sales and project management experience. She holds an A.S. in Business Management and Hospitality. Brenda takes pride in building long-term client relationships and providing straightforward technology solutions that enable our clients to be more productive and successful.
